Our journey began with a vision to fill the market gap for quality wheat products, supported by an initial capital of 6 million birr. Today, we produce a wide range of wheat-based products, including flour, macaroni, pasta, biscuits, and maize flour, under renowned brands such as Selam and Ottima.

We source our primary raw material, wheat, from our own large farm and local farmers in the Bale region, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality wheat while supporting local agriculture.
Our manufacturing facility in Bale Robe town operates 24 hours a day, six days a week, with a capacity of producing 2000 quintals of flour, 400 quintals of macaroni, 360 quintals of pasta, and 1500 kg of biscuits daily.
We maintain rigorous quality control processes using a well-equipped laboratory to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
We offer a diverse range of products including flour, macaroni (Selam brand), biscuits (Selam brand), and spaghetti (Ottima brand) to cater to various market needs.
